- Owned assigned design scopes from benchmarking, requirements and layouts through CAD, detailed drawings, BOMs, documentation and Teamcenter revision release.
- BESS module and pack (8-9 months, three-person core team): LFP cell packaging, module/pack architecture, frame and enclosure design and cooling-interface integration toward an IP65 target.
- Wheels, suspension and vehicle packaging (3-4 months, eight-member team): about eight wheel-rim CAD concepts, casting DFM, GD&T drawings and spring, damping, travel, rake and trail studies.
- Hub-center steering (three-person core team): six to seven linkage concepts, hard points and kinematics checked with hand calculations, Excel and NX motion studies, supporting one showcase prototype.
- Robotic dark-store system (four months, six-person team): lifting mechanisms, roller and pop-up transfer conveyors, sorting and multi-level storage with provisions for six-axis robot integration.
- Coordinated with electrical, CAE/CFD, manufacturing, supplier, prototype, assembly and testing teams and fed their findings into controlled design updates.
